Aster Trauma Scene Cleaning was founded by Josh Wallace, who began his career owning and operating trauma scene cleaning companies, serving multiple states. With years of hands-on experience in both biohazard cleanup and construction, Josh built a reputation for practical expertise and a commitment to best practices. As our founder and Chief Operating Officer, he continues to lead field operations and training, ensuring every technician receives thorough, real-world instruction grounded in safety and quality.

Rebecca Wallace, our CEO, also started as a trauma scene cleaning company owner alongside Josh. Their shared dedication to delivering compassionate, high-quality service helped shape the way they approach this sensitive work. Because of her deep community impact and proven leadership in applying industry best practices, Rebecca was invited to become a national trainer and mentor for the largest biohazard cleanup franchise in the United States. She helped develop training programs and techniques now recognized and adopted nationwide. In addition to her strong background in biohazard remediation, restoration, and construction, Rebecca is a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor, arming our team with the skills needed to care for clients both physically and emotionally during their most difficult times.
